These are the terms and conditions of the website www.Navattar.com, which is owned and operated by TRAVELPLUG, With offices based in 469 Admiralty Drive #05-33 Singapore 7504691. 

1. Acceptance of these terms

The services on www.Navattar.com are only offered and provided subject to the customer accepting these terms and conditions herein as well as all other policies (including our privacy policy, cookie policy and refund policy). By using the services on www.Navattar.com then you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Changes

We may make changes to the terms and conditions and our policies from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion. We will notify customers of any updates to these terms and conditions by posting the updated version of the terms and conditions on this website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions frequently to ensure that they are informed of any changes which may have been made to them.

All customers agree that their continued use of our services following any updates made in these terms and conditions signifies that they agree to be bound by the latest and updated version of these terms and conditions.

3. Services

The website www.Navattar.com offers a range of NFT marketing and design services. In order to access these services and book them, the customer must first create an account on the site. This will include some of their personal information, and all customers will be required to both read and agree to our privacy policy before alongside these terms and conditions before they are able to book any of the services offered.

The range of NFT services includes design, promotion and marketing of NFT collections. Customers are able to choose their service or services as well as having the option to choose a combination of different services.

Each of our services last for a different duration, which will be explained to the customer in full on their invoice when they have submitted payment to us.

In all instances customers will be advised of the duration of each of the packages which they have selected before they buy them.

4. Payments

The cost of all of the services is approved by www.Navattar.com and is based on the costs which are listed on the website as well as factoring in the individual duration of the package which has been selected by the customer at the point of purchase.

The payment for the services booked on www.Navattar.com must be made on a 100% pre-payment basis on the invoice issued by TRAVELPLUG. Payments must be made online using a bank transfer and all payments are processed securely.

When a payment has been processed securely then TRPNAV, SINGAPORE will appear on the customer’s bank statement as the payment reference.

5. Refunds

In the instance that a customer is unhappy with the services which they have bought on www.Navattar.com then they may request a refund in writing. We are only able to accept refund requests which are made up to 14 days after the end of the project has finished.

Please be advised that refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion. All refunds which we do agree to process will be processed back into the original account where the money was paid out from.

6. Dispute Policy

At Travelplug (navattar.com), we are dedicated to resolving any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements that may occur between the company and clients in a prompt and fair manner. This includes issues related to services policies, procedures, fees, and arrangements. We encourage clients to bring any concerns to our attention as soon as possible so that they can be addressed in a timely and reasonable way.

Our dispute resolution principles include respecting each party's point of view, a commitment to finding a resolution, a willingness to compromise, confidentiality, impartiality, respect, prompt action, and freedom from retaliation.

In order to begin a dispute, customers are required to submit a written statement outlining their concerns to our customer service team. Upon receipt of the document, we will promptly acknowledge it within a period of two days and arrange for a client dispute meeting where all parties concerned will be given the opportunity to present their grievances.

Our customer service department will take everything into consideration and do its absolute best to find a resolution that can make the customer happy and solve their issue. Our purpose for this procedure is to find a successful solution where our customers can be happy to use our services or products again.

The decision made by the Company at the meeting is final but can be reviewed if new information emerges that was not available at the time of the original decision or if the customer service department becomes aware of an error in previous information that was used to make the decision.

We handle disputes with respect, and confidentiality, and in accordance with natural justice to ensure that they are resolved fairly and in a way that maintains the functioning of our transactions and operations.

7. Delivery time

All of the services offered on www.Navattar.com are delivered remotely. All of our marketing services are delivered for a specific duration of time which will be arranged with the customer beforehand. Duration periods vary and could last from anywhere between 1 and 12 months.

NFT design packages will be delivered via email to the customer as soon as the project gas been completed. Delivery time frames for design services also vary, and this could range anywhere from 1 month to 6 months and will be communicated and agreed with the customer when they first place the order.

8. Custom packages and bundles

Our custom packages and bundles can be arranged and tailored to the customer’s individual needs and will be based on a brief which has been prepared by the customer. We ask that all customers include as much information as possible in the brief before they submit it so that we have the information required to perform our own analysis and market assessments before proceeding with any work.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ON www.Navattar.com, ARE PROVIDED BY TRAVELPLUG TO YOU ON AN “AS IS,” BASIS, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE TERMS. TRAVELPLUG DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND/ OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND/ OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND FROM COURSE OF DEALING, ALL OF WHICH TRAVELPLUG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TRAVELPLUG MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND/ OR WILL BE CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE AND/ OR ERROR-FREE; (II) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE AND/ OR RELIABLE; (III) TRAVELPLUG WILL BE LIABLE AND/ OR OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE AND/ OR DELAY IN UPDATING THE SERVICES AND/ OR ANY CONTENT. NO ADVICE AND/ OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL AND/ OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM TRAVELPLUG AND/ OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL TRAVELPLUG, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND/ OR SUBCONTRACTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU AND/ OR ANYONE ELSE FOR (I) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL AND/ OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA AND/ OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, AND/ OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF TRAVELPLUG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE;

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold TRAVELPLUG, our subcontractors, and our respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and assignees harmless from all demands, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, awards, fees, expenses, and/or liabilities of any nature including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from and/ or relate to (i) your use of the Services and; (ii) your violation of the Terms, (iii) fraud you commit and/ or your intentional misconduct and/ or negligence (iv) your use of the Services that is in violation of any applicable data protection /privacy law.

12. Customer cancellation policy

Either party may terminate their contract by requesting so in writing. Customers may cancel the services or their account at any time, but they will still be liable for all expenses required. In the event that either party is found to have broken these terms and conditions, then the account(s) will be terminated with immediate effect.
